The room we had included TV with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. I recently stayed at the Puro Grand in Palma for a few days. The staff was impeccable and the breakfast was great. The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The hotel is located in a lovely little back street, just a short walk away from the center of town. The historical old building has been recently restored and has a beautiful courtyard.
